Dr David Green was retained by a joint venture private consortium to conduct an Environmental Policy Review to support a business plan for a proposed white oil pipeline and depot to serve Manila, Philippines. Tasks included a review of the impact of the environmental regulatory system on the business plan and the requirements for an Environmental Impact Statement for the facilities.
