TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

KCC would like to express its satisfaction with the work carried out for the club by David Green from March to April 2003.

Dr. Green prepared an Asbestos Management Plan for KCC which provided detailed operational measures needed to control the asbestos removal and was accepted by the Environmental Protection Department. Dr. Green completed all aspects of the asbestos investigation, abatement planning, tender assessment and contractor supervision.

Dr. Green’s personal attention to detail and close supervision of the asbestos contractor ensured all the asbestos was removed from numerous locations according to programme, within budget and avoiding undue disturbance to the club’s activities.

In this regard we would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Dr. David Green and David Green Limited to other prospective clients.

Dr David Green was retained by a joint venture private consortium to conduct an Environmental Policy Review to support a business plan for a proposed white oil pipeline and depot to serve Manila, Philippines. An Asbestos Management Plan was prepared for the club in 2001 that provided operational measures needed for careful monitoring and observation of ACM which was due to be removed at a later date. In 2003, prior to the renovation of the Kowloon Cricket Club, David Green completed all aspects of asbestos investigation, abatement planning, tender assessment and contractor supervision for the removal of asbestos acoustic plaster in the squash courts and trophy room. The A012 Puttalam to Anuradhapura is at the west end of the A012 in Sri Lanka's North Western Province and to the south of the Wilpattu National Park. There is ample RoW to allow improvement for most of it's length. However, in the Puttalam area, west of km2 the road passes over a railway level crossing and through the urban area, past three schools and through the market in the town centre. Read more >>

The ADB project loan provides funding for the construction of the southern 60km stretch of the 150km highway and aims to improve improved road transportation between Colombo south to Mattara. Spur roads are provided to the coast to relieve congestion on existing roads and improve overall transport efficiency. The Comprehensive Implementation Planning Study was undertaken for the redevelopment of Kwun Tong Town Centre, Hong Kong.
