Dr David Green was retained by a joint venture private consortium to conduct an Environmental Policy Review to support a business plan for a proposed white oil pipeline and depot to serve Manila, Philippines. An Asbestos Management Plan was prepared for the club in 2001 that provided operational measures needed for careful monitoring and observation of ACM which was due to be removed at a later date. In 2003, prior to the renovation of the Kowloon Cricket Club, David Green completed all aspects of asbestos investigation, abatement planning, tender assessment and contractor supervision for the removal of asbestos acoustic plaster in the squash courts and trophy room. Project: National Highway Sector Development Project Review Bypass Options

The A012 Puttalam to Anuradhapura is at the west end of the A012 in Sri Lanka's North Western Province and to the south of the Wilpattu National Park. There is ample RoW to allow improvement for most of it's length. However, in the Puttalam area, west of km2 the road passes over a railway level crossing and through the urban area, past three schools and through the market in the town centre. Read more >>

The ADB project loan provides funding for the construction of the southern 60km stretch of the 150km highway and aims to improve improved road transportation between Colombo south to Mattara. Spur roads are provided to the coast to relieve congestion on existing roads and improve overall transport efficiency.
