David Green has over fifteen years experience in the implimentation of environmental management systems for manufacturing, construction and major infrastructure projects,
acting as environmemtal manager and environmemtal director.
In order for maximum business value to be derived
from the environmental management process there must be cyclical flow
and a logical progression through inception, assessment, planning,
implimentation and review. The processes should be systemic and fully
integrated into management of the business or project.
The entire environmemtal management process must be backed with
substantial and sufficient resources as well as full commitment from
top tier management in terms of policy, continual improvement
and resources for planning, training, recording and publishing the
results.
